Our first HMO purchased within the company. We converted this house with six sharing two bathrooms into a high-end shared house with four ensuites. Installing solar panels keeps us in front of the completion in terms of utility costs

Our biggest project to date, this ex-hotel has been completely refurbished, now providing 23 ensuite rooms, 5 kitchens and a cinema room

A huge house in close proximity to the dockyard, one of the major employers in Plymouth. Suffering from serious damp issues we converted it to a high end six bed all ensuite space which is always in high demand.

Originally bought as a 5 bed 3 bath with licencing compliance issues. We moved an internal wall to resolve the issues and created two new bathrooms in the process. With exclusive use bathrooms we have significantly increased the rental income.
